From 6 April 2019 maximum limits placed on compensation payments made via the tribunal are:

Unfair dismissal award | From £83,682 to £86.444 |
Dismissals per trade unions, working time representative, pension scheme trustees, health and safety and employee rep’s | From £6,203 to £6,408 |
Maximum daily guarantee for short term workers | From £28 to £29 |
Aggravated breaches of workers’ rights | From £5,000 to £20,000 |
Also, as of 6 April 2019, Employers are now required to produce itemised payslips which set out the number of hours worked and how these hours have affected the pay.
