Boardside Solicitors expands its legal service offering with the appointment of commercial lawyer, Hannah Jenkins.

We are pleased to announce that experienced in-house commercial lawyer Hannah Jenkins has joined the Boardside team.

Hannah, who qualified as a solicitor in 2009, has a background as in-house counsel for a range of firms, including Aviva, Callcredit and Bannatyne Fitness Ltd. Her experience means she is ideally placed to advise our clients on areas including commercial contracts, corporate transactions, GDPR compliance and new policies and procedures.

Hannah’s appointment is one of a number of strategic developments planned at Boardside in the coming year as we strengthen our advisory role with boards and those who sit on them, taking time to understand your commercial objectives and supporting you in achieving them.

Managing Partner, Richard Port said: “Hannah’s considerable commercial law experience within both a law firm and in-house setting means she has outstanding business acumen that will influence the way she advises clients. This approach dovetails perfectly with our ethos of delivering legal advice to businesses that is both strategic and practical.”

Hannah, who joins as an Associate, said: “I’m excited to be part of the growing legal team at Boardside and am looking forward to supporting and working collaboratively with my colleagues to offer a coordinated approach in the delivery of legal services to clients. This fantastic opportunity at Boardside is enhanced by the fact that I still have a substantive role as in-house counsel at Bannatyne, continuing to be immersed in a commercial context every single day.”
